Himnae, or 힘내, is a Korean slang often used to encourage others. “힘” literally translates to “strength,” while “내,” in this context, literally translates to “make” or “have.” Together, the words convey: “Go for it!”
As a former lawyer, diversity, equity & inclusion advocate, and certified lawyer coach, I have firsthand experience in seeing the everyday struggles lawyers face, from living it myself to evaluating roadblocks and providing support behind-the-scenes. Life can be hard. Work can be hard. Combine the two together, and the challenges you face may feel overwhelming and too great to overcome.
That’s where I can help.
I have coached and continue to coach lawyers at varying levels and stages of their lives and careers. Whether you want to increase your personal life satisfaction or take the next step in your career, I aim to help you gain new perspectives, reframe issues, and identify ways forward that work for you. Above all, I remind and encourage you to 힘내, even when the going gets tough and you feel stuck.
You don’t have to tackle it alone - we can overcome this together.
